I’m Karla, your instructor and guide into the world of Crane Qigong
Qigong changed my life. In my teens and early 20s, I was crippled with undiagnosed auto-immune disease, severe allergies, fully body hives, chronic pain, and crippling anxiety. When I found this lineage of teachings, I was forever altered. My body and spirt have transformed through these alchemical practices and I no longer suffer with these imbalances. I am also an Acupuncturist, head instructor of the Thundering Dragon Kung Fu System and Omshr of the Endless Lotus Alchemical Healing System. After many years of teaching privately, I am releasing these teachings publicly for the first time.
